Flaw State marks Sink's debut album; it is a journey towards acceptance, divided between horror and beauty, as it attempts to embrace flaws within and around us while confronting a first brush with nihilism.
Flaw State blends alternative electronic, noise, and modern folk influences.
The album features additional production by Rival Consoles (Erased Tapes), additional engineering work by Nick Smart (Mammal Hands, Sunda Arc), mixing work by Alex O' Donovan (Kelly Lee Owens) and Cristiano Nicolini (Alessandro Cortini, Kiasmos).
The album was designed by Spanish artist Rubén Chumillas, and features photos by Alex Kozobolis.
